Nine members from the Epsilon Beta Chapter traveled to Palm
Springs, CA June 25-29th to celebrate sisterhood with over seven
hundred Sigma Kappa collegiates and alumnae!
Epsilon Beta received a Star of Excellence at the awards banquet and
ceremony. The Stars of Excellence is Sigma Kappa's national rating
system for chapters to ensure that all chapters are excelling in all areas of
sorority life.
The chapter's delegates, Stephanie Keller, President, and Kayla
Parker, Sisterhood Chair attended business meetings and workshops,
along with the seven other members who enjoyed seminars, speakers,
and workshops, as well as trips to a large outlet mall, time by the resort's
pool and spa!
Convention takes place every other year. In 2010, Sigma Kappas from
across the country will gather in Walt Disney World to continue the
celebrating their sisterhood.
